  • ensuring that the cleaning schedule is followed on a daily basis
  • having a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments
  • maintaining high levels of communication and teamwork to colleagues and customers
  • managing bookings on the day
  • having knowledge of drinks menu and ability to make recommendations / explanations to guests
