Responsibility
meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and manage office meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items
office Processes: Establish, implement, and optimize office processes to improve workflow, communication, and efficiency within the office environment
office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and organized, coordinating with service providers and vendors as needed
executive Support: Provide administrative support to executive-level staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
documentation: Manage office documents, including maintaining records, filing systems, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and other gatherings, both in-person and virtual
technology Liaison: Work with IT to ensure office technology is functional and up-to-date, including troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating repairs
procurement: Handle office supplies and equipment procurement, ensuring that the office is always stocked with necessary items and that purchases are made efficiently and cost-effectively
Requirements
