Responsibility
- this role reports to the Senior Project manager and your main responsibility is to embed into a project from the initial client brief, taking responsibility for correctly onboarding the client, assessing feasibility and making changes where necessary to the project plan to ensure success
- creating a detailed timeline for use on each project, taking into account internal process times and knowledge gathered from other internal teams
- you will be responsible for bringing the project teams together and ensuring that the client is kept regularly informed on the project status
- managing the client at all times- first point of contact for any project issues. Appropriate troubleshooting when problems arise
- carry out planning- this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks- in accordance with the needs of your client. Communicating verbal and visual plans for clients to engage with
