Responsibility

  • building specification in compliance with UK building regulations
  • design checking for compliance with UK building regulations
  • CAD drawings for site plans, floor plans, elevations, construction details, etc
  • client relationship management including face to face and video conferencing for design reviews
  • liaising with LABC for full plans applications through our appointed LABC Partner Surveyor
  • development of supplemental technical skills relevant to the role and future direction of the business

Requirements

  • RICS/CIOB/CABE/RIBA related qualification Level 4 or above
  • autoCAD software
  • in depth knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • revit software
  • valid UK driving license
  • other demonstrable technical skills
  • degree level education OR Diploma Level 4/5
  • practical knowledge/qualifications related to construction
