Responsibility
- cultivating relationships with recruitment suppliers while working within specified commercial rate constraints
- work alongside Head of HR, crewing and the operations team to forecast upcoming crew requirements
- efficiently addressing and resolving queries from recruitment agencies
- serve as a point of contact for agency and offshore recruitment for global projects, providing comprehensive support to the business with all offshore recruitment activities
- collaboration with identified recruitment agencies to source ROV, inspection and survey personnel through “Job Alerts” to ensure the ROV fleet is crewed with skilled and competent personnel
- assisting HR and crewing with general administrative responsibilities, formatting CV’s etc
- generating purchase orders to support agency job confirmations and issuing purchase orders
- conducting searches, identifying, and engaging agency candidates to facilitate crew allocation. This entails logging applications and summarising shortlisting notes based on role requirements
