Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator who is looking for a new and exciting role
  • ideally, you will have experience within a fast paced payroll office
  • providing information and answering client questions about payroll related matters
  • you will have strong numeracy skills and be able to multitask effectively
  • collecting and reviewing timesheets, expense forms and holiday request forms electronically or manually
  • calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions
  • preparing and issuing payroll reports
  • managing direct payments

Requirements

  • high school qualifications, professional qualifications or working towards
  • developing technical knowledge
  • strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • good time management and organisational skills
  • working knowledge of relevant legal regulations
  • able to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • payroll: 2 years
