Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • input invoices to Xero accounting system
  • input payments to Xero and produce receipts
  • raise invoices
  • reconcile the bank with Xero
  • produce monthly P&L and balance sheet
  • work with the team to support customers and flag any missed or late customer payments
  • · An AAT qualification such as Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping or Level 3 Advanced Diploma in accounting, or equivalent would be beneficial
  • REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: · Proven book-keeping abilities in a similar role
