Responsibility
- manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash management
- maintain excellent standards of Food Safety & Hygiene procedures
- provide exceptional hospitality to all guests and ensure that their experience at the cafe is enjoyable and memorable
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the cafe, including food preparation areas, dining areas and serving areas
- foster a community-focused atmosphere by building relationships with customers and promoting events and programs that benefit the local community
- work closely with the Cafe Owner to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- create a strong team ethic, train and develop cafe staff, including baristas and servers, to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
- ensure that all staff members adhere to Fieldhouse Coffee Ltd’s policies and procedures
