- working with the Project Manager/ Operations Director on any expected delays to the Production schedule and the revised timeline. E.g. – Weather, delays
- regularly communicating with the site managers to ensure they are happy with how Field Vision are progressing & leaving areas of site
- hold daily briefings with relative departments
- responsible for set-up of the Event, managing build / set up crew, schedules and equipment, adhering to budgets and reducing costs where possible
- general admin – including the recording of crew hours, sign out sheets etc
- accident & incident reporting, ensuring all policies are adhered to inc driving, vehicles, expenses, staff conduct
- liaise with finance and stock teams ensuring procedures and timelines and upheld to ensure effective operations
- responsible for set-up / close down , maintenance and overall security of onsite operations – including infrastructure, kit, staff welfare and licensing
