Responsibility
- collaborate with the FibreCRM team to gather and understand customer requirements for SugarCRM-based solutions
- design and develop custom SugarCRM modules, workflows, and integrations to meet customer requirements
- troubleshoot and debug SugarCRM-based solutions as needed
- write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets coding standards and best practices
- work collaboratively with team members, including project managers, business analysts, and QA testers, to ensure successful project delivery
- stay up-to-date with new SugarCRM features and functionality, and recommend improvements and enhancements to our existing solutions
Requirements
- relevant qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience developing SugarCRM-based solutions
- strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
- experience with REST and SOAP web services
- familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- experience with SugarCRM's API, module builder, and workflow designer
- familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
