Responsibility
- financial Reporting
- work closely with our bookkeeping team to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting on a monthly basis
- own statutory year-end reporting and compliance
- drive month-end close improvements, creating robust processes in a rapidly growing environment
- work closely with the FD to provide detailed financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
- review the preparations of corporation tax, VAT, and any other relevant taxes/tariffs
- support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- support the FD as a key point of contact for external auditors during the year-end audit
Requirements
- accounting qualification
- 3 years as a Financial Controller or similar finance leadership role post qualification
- proven experience in closing the books in a short time and preparing consolidated financial statements
- excellent financial controls and compliance knowledge, including VAT, payroll, and tax regulations
- advanced Google Suite skills
- track record of improving processes and systems
