Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- maintain and develop existing key supporter relationships
- identify new fundraising opportunities and develop new fundraising ideas/activities
- research and identify donor/supporter prospects
- explore potential for, and subsequently develop, key fundraising streams - including community; corporate; individual giving; events; and legacy fundraising
- establish a major donor programme, to include a robust case for support
- work with external bid writer to identify and submit Trust grant applications
- to design and lead the development and implementation of effective fundraising and marketing/communications strategies that will generate growth of our income and profile
- lead responsibility for marketing across the organisation, driving integrated marketing activities, providing copy and overseeing social media and website
Requirements
- experience of working in a fundraising or marketing role
- undergraduate degree or A Level/Level 3 qualification
- high standard of interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- excellent organisation and time management skills
- experience of working independently in a role
- attention to detail
- intermediate level IT skills
- self-motivated and resourceful
