Responsibility
- you'll be supporting the recruitment process for Engineering and Product roles across all levels of seniority
- yes, we’re still building it but this comes from delivering exceptional experience at every stage in the process

Requirements
- proven track record of delivery as a top performer in your team within a high growth Fin-Tech / Start Up
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, demonstrating creativity and determination in solving hiring challenges for Product and Tech talent
- experience working with global teams across multiple geographies
- experience working with Ashby ATS is not needed but it’s what you’ll be using day to day
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting Product and Tech roles; ideally with demonstrative success of hiring sr leaders
- proven ability to leverage data and metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and drive informed hiring decisions
