Requirements
proven track record of delivery as a top performer in your team within a high growth Fin-Tech / Start Up
A proactive, solution-oriented approach, demonstrating creativity and determination in solving hiring challenges for Product and Tech talent
experience working with global teams across multiple geographies
experience working with Ashby ATS is not needed but it’s what you’ll be using day to day
3+ years of experience in recruiting Product and Tech roles; ideally with demonstrative success of hiring sr leaders
proven ability to leverage data and metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and drive informed hiring decisions
