- the ideal candidate must possess a person-centred care approach, excellent communication skills , recent experience of working in a similar role within a regulatory CQC care setting, and acute attention to detail
- as the Registered Care Manager, you will lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services that align with regulations, best practices, policies, and procedures
- you will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the regulated service, ensuring compliance with CQC's statutory and regulatory requirements
