- minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the communications or energy sectors
- proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- strong leadership skills, preferably including experience in mentoring junior team members
- excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
- project Management: 3 years
Responsibility
- oversee risk management, quality control, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
- act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring that expectations are met and providing regular project updates
- mentor and support two Junior Project Managers who, will complete their apprenticeships in November 2024, and are currently managing Fern Communications projects
