Responsibility

  • residential Manager
  • conduct regular inspections of residential units to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies

Requirements

  • level 6 in Residential letting and property management qualification is desirable but not essential
  • being familiar with legal and legislative information relating to residential letting
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle resident inquiries or complaints
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry. IT skills are essential to work with our apps and letting agency software. Knowledge of property management software is a plus
  • property Management: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
