- to maintain beautiful clean and well stocked shops up to company standards
- give great customer service
- order produce while at the Eye shop
- manage a small retail team including organise staff rotas and holidays and covering ant absence
- assist with the recruitment of new staff employees
- keep stock wastage down to a minimum and ensure product rotation is accurate to ensure constant fresh stock
- starting the day off collecting bread and pastries so Fen Farm Shop is stocked for the day and that bread, pastries and other products are at Eye for the 7am opening
- keep and update food safety records and adhere to food and hygiene regulations and standards
