Responsibility
- maintain a strong understanding of the interactive whiteboard software utilised across the campus to support basic training to staff
- provide technical advice for school staff and support in lessons where appropriate
- assist teaching staff to set up IT equipment for lessons and pupil assessment when required
- set up audio visual devices for school wide events and assemblies
- monitor Freshdesk support ticket system and respond promptly in an appropriate manner to requests for assistance
- monitor printer/copier toner levels; replace and order stock when necessary
- work as part of a team to maintain the school network in a first line technical support role to end users on all aspects of Feltonfleet School IT provisions
- setup and maintain networked Windows PCs/Laptops, Digital Signage and AV equipment
