Responsibility

  • fells New Forest Property is currently seeking a candidate to fill either a Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant role for their town centre office in Ringwood on a full-time basis
  • the ideal candidate should possess problem-solving skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks. They should also be confident in both face-to-face and telephone communication
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Estate Agency field is required.The role will involve tasks such as matching properties with potential buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating and closing property deals, providing clients with feedback, and overseeing property sales until completion
  • key attributes for success in these positions include organisation, effective problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships, all while maintaining an efficient follow-up system
  • the position is available immediately, and the salary will vary between £30,000 - £40,000 OTE per annum, contingent on the candidate's experience and performance
