Requirements

  • assisting with planning exciting and varied menus for our restaurant and for the many events that we host
  • ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to the highest standard
  • cleaning of the kitchen and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards. Ensuring that all statutory regulations are adhered to
  • to be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are required
