Responsibility

  • you will produce a specific product marketing plan and editorial calendar which will form part of the overall marketing communication program
  • you will build on the existing product messaging, and develop the proposition further to explain the customer-led benefits of our products
  • communicate the vision and values of new products to the sales and marketing teams, and develop the pre and post-sales toolkit
  • brief and oversee the work of internal and external suppliers such as designers, animators, copywriters and videographers
  • write, edit and proofread compelling copy for our products and services
  • you will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of the Feefo platform, both internally and externally
  • contribute to client advocacy through client interviews, case studies and user stories
  • ensure that the Feefo brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns, and across all marketing channels

Requirements

  • you will have demonstrable success in positioning and launching products that met, or exceed, business objectives
  • you will be an excellent project manager - comfortable working under pressure - and have strong organisational and planning skills
  • you will have strong stakeholder management skills to, be able to balance conflicting priorities and needs across multiple teams
  • you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to translate technical details into tangible benefits is key
