Responsibility
- the Operations Manager reports to the Country Manager and will have a key role in managing our farmers’ network
- managing the day-to-day business together with the farmers
- main contact person for the farmers in the UK to resolve issues and maintain relationships between Feather Down and the farmers
- communication between the different teams in the company towards the farmers
- assisting the country manager in recruiting and starting up new farms
- feather Down Farms, the leading provider of farm stays in more than 5 countries, is looking for a flexible and communicative Operations Manager - Feather Down Farms has strong growth ambitions for the next 5 years, including expanding our farm locations in all countries
- making the planning and procurement for the operational teams
- organizing purchase & logistics for farm related processes
