Responsibility
- prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency
- take customer orders, make recommendations, and ensure accuracy in order preparation
- maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area
- uphold our commitment to quality and consistency by following recipes, procedures, and brewing standards
- provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and addressing customer concerns in a professional manner
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork, respect, and open communication
Requirements
- knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and coffee equipment is highly desirable
- demonstrated ability to prepare a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and cold brew
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals with a strong passion for coffee
- adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
