FDS TECHNICAL SERVICE is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • conduct thorough research on prospective clients to identify potential opportunities
  • continually build a stream of new business opportunities by reaching out to clients to generate quality leads
  • have a good understanding of client requirements, enabling you to provide effective business solutions
  • work in collaboration with other departments to chase sales leads and leverage existing opportunities
  • attend events to network and identify potential new business opportunities
  • create sales revenue and pipeline forecasts on a weekly basis and provide regular updates to the Head of Business Development
  • deliver against and exceed personal and team targets and KPIs
  • work closely with the wider team to offer your guidance on the business development strategy, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • previous experience gained in business development, sales, or recruitment
  • experience or a good understanding of the IT sector would be beneficial
  • commercially aware, able to identify new opportunities
  • A people-person with strong communication skills, easily able to forge relationships and build rapport
  • problem-solver, able to identify gaps and skilled in providing solutions
  • hungry to succeed and results-driven
  • thrives in a targeted environment, is motivated, and has a history of exceeding targets
