Responsibility
- we expect our Designers at Threadbare to be creative and professional and to work well within the design team
- understand the design process and have an attention to detail
- must have experience in graphic design, prints, slogans and repeat prints
- be able to work on different handwritings, across contract, stock and younger customers
- managing workload with the senior designer in line with the design calendar to meet deadlines and create strong ranges
- they bring ranges to life and take the design to through the full process, trend research, CAD ranges, tech packs and organise specs and action the design working with factories directly
- have 1 on 1 calls with factories and suppliers to discuss development
- our Designers would also be involved with the approval process of a style when a design has been booked as an order, they would be responsible with the support of a Senior Buyer and the Senior Designer to ensure the approvals are done on time and are commercial for the business
