  • managing account and payment queries, payment runs, credit control, book-keeping, monthly financial reporting, quarterly VAT returns, bank reconciliations
  • managing the purchase order system
  • office administration including managing and streamlining of systems and recording of employee holidays

Requirements

  • relevant experience in a similar role
  • strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
  • experience of managing budgets and undertaking financial analysis
  • good problem-solving skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to communicate well with the team and work independently as well as part of a small team
  • financial accounting: 2 years
