Responsibility
to support the Property Director in the day to day management of the estate and wider businesses as required
day-to-day management of the Estate Office and General site management/ communications
delegate work to staff and contractors /suppliers, monitoring their workload and output. Checking Invoices
coordinate and maintain all of the 3rd party lettings of estate properties
develop and implement new administrative systems for record management, office expenditure and future budget control. Manage online and paper filing systems
implementation and oversight of Building maintenance reviews and planning of annual maintenance programme
assist the Finance Team in maintaining budgetary cost and accounting controls
organise meetings with staff and suppliers
Requirements
excellent organisational and time-management skills
the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure with the flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
strong teamworking skills
the ability to manage your workload and supervise others
A problem-solving approach to work
