Responsibility

  • communicating with customers – taking jobs via phone/email as well as updating job progress/completion and sending inspection sheets
  • parts ordering – ordering required parts through our supplier to ensure jobs are completed on time
  • health & Safety – ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed in the workshop
  • managing workflow – working with the technicians to organise the workshop in an efficient manner to enable jobs to be completed to a high standard
  • managing paperwork– Approving/signing off vehicle inspection sheets as well as invoicing workshop jobs with parts and labour times. Requesting purchase order numbers and sending out estimates and resolving any customer queries
