Responsibility
- famous Four's Workshop facility offers a comprehensive range of fixed-price vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules for all Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles - from the very earliest right up to the latest, current models
- all work is carried out by our own fully qualified and widely experienced staff, who have considerable expertise in the care, modification and repair of such vehicles to suit individual customer requirements
- as a Workshop/Service Manager, you will be the main contact for our Workshop customers from initial meeting to handing the vehicle back to the customer
- you will be responsible for consulting with the customer on the work to be undertaken on their vehicle and keeping them informed of the progress and professionally resolving any issues that may arise, managing customer and business expectations
- monitor and ensure that the completion of all service and repair paperwork is completed promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- creating accurate invoices and taking customer payments
Requirements
- enjoy working in a fast-paced environment recognising individual responsibility to contribute to the performance and success of the team
- excellent administration and organisational skill, with good diary management to ensure all customers are followed up within agreed timeframes
- proven experience as a Service Advisor/ Service Team Manager in the automotive industry with knowledge of Land Rovers an advantage
- valid, clean UK Driving Licence and must be eligible to work in the UK
- passion for customer service and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers and technicians to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably
- motor service advisor: 3 years
