Contract type

  • you will liaise with airlines and operators, lessors, potential purchasers and potential lessees to provide expert service delivery
  • as part of the Contracts Management Team, you will monitor and manage all aspects of your designated lessees’ contractual obligations during the term of the lease, populating and utilising our Lease Management System
  • this specialist role works closely with the Origination and Trading, Commercial, Technical, Legal and Finance functions of the business and requires proven contract management skills
  • as a Contract Manager, you will collaborate with the Contract Negotiation Team in relation to prospective aircraft and aviation asset acquisitions and placements to ensure a smooth transition from contract negotiation and execution to contract management
  • you will assist the Contract Negotiation Team with any documentation requirements that arise during the term of the lease
