Responsibility
- we are looking for a driven Health and Safety professional with proven experience within the construction industry
- the ideal candidate will have experience in providing advice and guidance at all levels
- as a Health and Safety Advisor you will report directly to the Managing Director
- the role requires a self-motivated individual with good punctuality and organisation
- working hours are 20 hours per week Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours to suit the needs of the business
- the role will be based in Lincoln and will require travel around the East Midlands area and occasionally to London and surrounding counties
- in return you will be provided with a competitive package with an ongoing individual development programme which is delivered by the Managing Director of the company

- NEBOSH National General Certificate
- NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety
- the ability to deliver health and safety strategies and initiatives
- the ability to develop relationships with a diverse range of internal and external personnel to the business to influence change
- people management skills with the confidence to challenge at senior leadership levels to achieve positive progression and culture changes
- excellent telephone manner
- A good attention to detail and strong use of Microsoft packages
- proactive and self-motivated
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 years experience in Safety
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Construction
- health and Safety: 3 years
