Responsibility

  • carrying out pre-decision and post-decision loan application administration; collating, checking and processing applications received through all channels
  • responding to enquiries by telephone, email and, if required, face to face
  • assessing individual loan applications within set parameters of risk, affordability and creditworthiness
  • member account maintenance
  • conduct Credit Reference Agency checks as appropriate
  • new member applications
  • communicate loan decisions to applicants
  • carry out reception/teller duties as required

Requirements

  • lending or Admin: 4 years
