- fairfield Surgery , a rural dispensing practice is looking to recruit a full time practice manager
- the job description is uploaded in full as a supporting file
- the administration team is supported by our practice administrator, finance lead and lead receptionist
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated manager to join this established and well respected practice based in the picturesque village of Burwash
- candidates should have a proven track record in management, preferably in a primary care setting, and strong leadership skills with a sound knowledge of general practice to include finance and competent in business management
- through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting Quality & Improvement, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and ensuring the practice complies with CQC regulations
- the successful candidate would work alongside the three partners, supported by a clinical team consisting of a salaried GP, 2 practice nurses and an HCA
