Responsibility
plan and prioritise individual sales activities, adhering to pre-agreed targets
establish and foster new customer relationships, to deliver quality service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
maintain and develop the client database and the early stages of the existing sales pipeline using our customer relationship management system
research opportunities and generate leads through email, phone calls and marketing activities
contact and qualify new prospects via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
contribute to the sales process by responding to and following up sales enquiries, attending meetings, preparing quotes, proposals, and dealing with client requests
sales process admin support including arranging and scheduling appointments, product demonstrations, in addition to diary management, account admin, technical support and responding to client requests
Requirements
must be comfortable with face-to-face and telephone communication
ability to quickly build rapport and develop good relationships with existing and potential clients
excellent time management and organisation
knowledge of the financial services industry is desirable but not essential
quick learner who can become an expert on Fairer Finance’s services
experience working to daily call and weekly lead targets
strong communication and presentation skills
