- working with our business analyst to measure and enhance commercial outcomes
- manage budgets and track expenses
- working with our content team to make sure all sales angles and customer buying triggers are translated into touch points, CTAs and conversion opportunities, using appropriate levels of automation to maximise resources
- conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- CRM strategy - Using Hubspot develop and implement a CRM strategy that uses Email & SMS to engage our database generating leads for different products
