  • estimator

Responsibility

  • preparing tenders, estimates and cost plans all while meeting the clients timeframes
  • understanding architect drawings/specifications
  • preparation of costs sheets, including quantity take-offs, and the completion of project BOQ
  • final submission of the project estimate and supporting documentation
  • develop relationships with suppliers in order to assist with cost requirements
  • identifying value engineering opportunities in order to keep quotes competitive
  • managing your time in such a way that you meet agreed deadlines
  • communicating with clients on tender status

Requirements

  • experience in the Façade industry
  • experience with pricing in LogiKal
  • HNC level qualification, or above
