Requirements

  • we have a vacancy in our Alton studio for a credit controller/finance assistant
  • joining the accounts department to engage in effective cash collection and to assist with other financial aspects of the business
  • accounting: 2 years
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
  • you will primarily be responsible for credit control but also involved with a variety of other accounting tasks to support the Finance Manager
  • these will include cash posting and allocation, project reconciliations, preparation of monthly fee invoices, purchase ledger invoice entry, preparation of supplier payments, processing of employee expenses and business card transactions and other ad hoc project reporting/analysis
  • key for the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident outlook, with proven experience in credit control, with strong communication skills to help provide a high level of customer service
