Responsibility
- fables Coffee House is a small, but very busy Coffee house in the heart of Edwinstowe
- our opening hours are 9am until 4pm 7 days a week
- we are looking for a skilled and passionate baker to join our team
- prepare and bake a variety of cakes, traybake and cinnamon rolls according to established recipes & quality standards
- this is a part time position for baking, but full time can be considered
- decorate cakes and display all cakes and traybake for for our gusted to eat in or take away
- maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper storage & labelling of ingredients
- to Monitor inventory levels & order what is needed for the bakery
Requirements
- previous experience as a baker is essential, preferably in a face paced environment
- strong knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with a variation of cakes, traybake & some pastries

- ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
- attention to detail and a creative eye for decorating & presenting baked goods
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
