• bookkeeping
• handling personal director’s accounts and other small business accounts
• accounts receivable and payable

• VAT returns and other quarterly reports
• banking & Bank account reconciliations for all the bank accounts
• maintaining petty cash books
• preparing company year end and monthly accounts up to Trial Balance
• preparing company yearend and monthly accounts up to Trial Balance
• other administrative duties when required

Responsibility

• managing tenants’ move in/move outs
• liaising with utility companies
• communicating with landlords regarding maintenance works and Compliance
