Requirements

  • transport Manager CPC - ESSENTIAL and ideally held for a minimum of 3 years
  • working knowledge of the Highway Code, EU tachograph requirements, Working Time Regulations, Road Transport Regulations
  • proven experience of operating a HGV vehicle fleet
  • working knowledge of transport operation systems
  • an understanding of all related Transport regulations
  • geography
  • hold a HGV Licence qualification
  • health and Safety regulations

Responsibility

  • to ensure KPI's are maintained and actions put in place to make improvements where necessary
  • ensure the fleet is maintained and operated at the highest standard, full compliance to all regulatory requirements
  • ensure that all drivers are correctly trained and managed to achieve the required service and operational
