provide clerical support to various departments as needed
provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements
previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
proficiency in using Google Suite
strong phone etiquette and communication skills
excellent organizational and time management skills
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks
experience with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
