Responsibility

  • action enquiries and send quotes back to customers quickly. • Building quotations from customer, architect and structural drawings
  • sourcing material quotations from suppliers and liaising with them for best prices
  • attention to detail
  • the role initially will be heavily focussed on estimating as well as general administration for the company
  • learning and understanding the requirements of a project to quote accurately. • Other general administration duties • Helping out other departments Requirements • Competent use of IT
  • team player who can communicate well and work closely with others, acting as a touch point for multiple teams so that everyone is consistently communicated with
  • provide clerical support to various departments as needed
  • provide support to other team members as needed

Requirements

  • previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • proficiency in using Google Suite
  • strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks
  • experience with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
