Responsibility

  • respond to customer inquiries related to their online orders across all channels using the central customer service system
  • process refunds, replacements, and returns using the central inventory management system
  • monitor the company performance on eBay, Amazon, and website, and report any issues to the team and the company director
  • work with the warehouse team to resolve issues and provide backup in emergencies
  • communicate with suppliers to report and resolve outstanding issues
  • manage stock replenishment on Amazon FBA
  • maintain electronic filing of documents, including supplier invoices
  • collaborate with the accounts department to manage payments

Requirements

  • experience in business administration preferably within an online sales environment such as eBay, Amazon, and company website
  • ability to monitor business performance dashboards and report any deviations from the company targets
  • ability to work in a team and collaborate to resolve issues
  • good Knowledge of stock management using inventory management system
  • proficient in dealing with business suppliers
  • good numeracy skills to analyse data and identify and resolve issues
  • ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
  • self-motivated and proactive team player
