Responsibility

  • you’ll have a strong understanding of product offering, competition, industry and marketing goals
  • working on both DoodleLearning and Discovery Education products.Schools Inbound responsibilities
  • qualify and manage leads in CRM. This includes calling schools who sign up for a consultation, and confirming legitimacy of leads
  • responding and creating opportunities with inbound enquiries , providing personalised and relevant communications
  • communicate closely with the Sales Team about deals, leads, prospects and processes within the CRM
  • as the Schools Inbound Marketer it is your role to engage and convert marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads by getting calls or trials booked in for the Sales Team
  • using engagement data, identify and create outbound opportunities to leads who show potential interest
  • you’ll work with the Schools Marketing team to create valuable content that connects with potential buyers at different stages of the buying cycle to support the business’ growth objectives with lead generation

Requirements

  • essential
  • you’re a graduate or have worked in a sales or similar roleDesirable
  • experience in sales or similar roles such as inbound sales, account management or customer service
