- full clean UK drivers licence
- fenestration: 3 years
- \* Must be able to problem-solve and use own initiative
- \* Undertake any training and development as required
- \* Assist with holiday cover on small works projects
- co-ordinating inductions with department managers
- minimum 2 years’ experience within the commercial glazing sector
- must be ambitious & hard working
- able to work both independently and within a team environment
- must have excellent organisation and communications skills both, verbally and written
- IT skills essential
- full driving licence
- management: 1 year
- commercial Glazing: 2 years

- product training will be given
- sales experience is an advantage
- schedule survey with the customer in a timely manner
- attend site and prepare full technical drawings/surveys to allow the manufacturing of the product
- discuss and confirm with the customer all choices regarding design as per contract
- liaise with installation/processing/sales department
- maintain records accurately
- clearly identify any changes from the original scope to the salesperson upon survey
- ensure technical competence and understanding relevant systems and components when surveying
- ensure surveys are uploaded to CRM with the required signatures from the customer
- experience in the fenestration industry
- previous surveying experience
- good knowledge of current Building Regulations
- A methodical and accurate work ethic
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- good working knowledge of the UPVC window/conservatory/building industry
