- organising nurse staff, being involved in the practice's ongoing compliance

- schedule appointments , think proactively to benefit the practice, and manage the diary effectively
- answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism, etiquette, and enthusiasm
- process patient payments accurately, entering financial details and keeping patient records and account up to date
- maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- proficiency in using IT/ dental software for scheduling and record-keeping is a must
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- above all else, accountability , honesty and punctuality are essential characteristics that are required for this role
- dental Nurse qualification and proven experience in nursing + administrative roles.
