Requirements

  • have at least 3 years Merchandising experience or equivalent
  • strong numerical skills given the highly analytical nature of the role
  • review and analyse in season sales on a daily/weekly basis
  • the confidence to communicate across all levels within the business and with the external supply base
  • understanding the different factors that can impact rate of sale and take corrective action where needed
  • A passion for retail
  • experience within the outdoor industry would also be advantageous
  • maximise availability within the agreed stock budget
