Responsibility
- exsel Group are seeking a Website Coordinator/ Digital Marketing Executive to join our established in-house marketing team, based in Worcester
- you will be working with internal and external stakeholders creating dynamic websites, writing content, and keeping our group websites updated
- so, you will need excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to understand and build effective working relationships
- this is a superb opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic person, with 2 – 5 years’ experience, who is an outstanding all-rounder with a proven track record in maintaining, optimising and supporting digital platforms
- working with our external digital agency to brief in new features and requests and ensure that these launch on time and are thoroughly tested beforehand
- monitoring overall website ‘health’ and continually reviewing how the functionality can be improved and optimised

Requirements
- at least 2-5 years digital website experience
- complete fluency in managing a CMS-based website
- experienced with using a CRM platform
- strong analytical skills
- ability to work well under pressure
- clear communication skills and a strong team player
- excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive attitude
- ability to effectively prioritise own workload to deliver to tight deadlines
