Responsibility

  • managing the end-to-end preparation and submission of the Proposal response document
  • co-ordinating and aligning Response team activities on behalf of the Client Account Lead
  • providing a key point of contact and coordination between the Clients & Markets Team and other teams within Monstarlab
  • sourcing Monstarlab background information - up to date process flows, org charts, financials and other relevant materials
  • support Client Account Leads in gaining appropriate approvals in line with Monstarlab Sales Governance processes, through the Operations Leads
  • coordinating and facilitating weekly sales board meetings across International Markets
  • proofreading proposals for accuracy, consistency and quality
  • data and Sales Process Management
