- hours are on a rota basis and will include one day per weekend, as part of a five-day working week
- other roles may be available depending on ability including the opportunity to develop skills and progress within the business
- no experience is necessary however relevant background experience will be useful
- we are looking for reliable, trustworthy and hardworking individuals
- we are looking for full and part time staff to work in our family agricultural food production business based in the South Molton area
- full training will be provided
- as the locations are in rural areas, own transport is essential
- starting pay is £12.51 per hour for over 22 year old’s with yearly pay reviews
Requirements
- basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
- mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operations and perform basic maintenance tasks
- attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in production processes
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during production
