Working hours

Responsibility

  • respond promptly and professionally to customer calls regarding delivery inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions
  • liaise with the production department to monitor order status, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of product to customers
  • collaborate with the technical department to address customer queries and provide technical support as needed
  • coordinate with the sales department to communicate delivery updates, resolve customer concerns, and facilitate sales opportunities
  • maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • proactively identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance the overall customer experience
  • escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or management for resolution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication channels and optimise efficiency in customer service operations

Requirements

  • previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry such as glazing systems, construction, or building materials
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and articulate information clearly to customers
  • strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of customer calls and coordinate with multiple departments
  • attention to detail and accuracy in recording information and documenting customer interactions
  • proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
